Methodology: we will work using the “learning by doing” methodology with the aim of emptying out those emotions that hinder the act of teaching and learning, and filling ourselves with the emotions that promote positive states of mind that make educating easier (empowerment and motivation). We also use the Método La Granja© to understand how positive reinforcement and challenges help to motivate.

Participants: Minimum 7 – Maximum 12 participants.
Date: 5 days, 2 hours/day (10 hours online + 6 hours complementary work). Online schedule: 6 to 8pm (Spanish time)

Marta Eroles Asensio: graduated in Psychology (Rovira y Virgili), Master in Project Management (UPC), accredited as an expert Coaching Psychologist by the Official School of Psychologists of Catalonia, sports and high performance coach (ACTP-ICF), Master in Problem Solving, Communication and strategic Coaching from the Strategic Brief Therapy school in Palo Alto, accredited as an expert in Relational Coaching by the Instituto Relacional in Barcelona, Postgruate studies in Sports and High Performance Psychology (Univ Barcelona), she is the Talent Manager at La Granja and is responsible for the program of talent development of her team of professionals “ Coherence at la Granja is based on feeling and experiencing the emotional competences to be able to teach them to others” .
Cristian Díaz Gifra: graduated in psychology (Univ Barcelona) with a commendation in Businesses, Master in Psychology of Work, Organizations an d Human Resources (Univ Barcelona and University of studies in Bologna), Master in Group Psychology and Group Analysis (Univ Barcelona). Has experience as a consultant for businesses Human Organizational Health and teaching at the EAE Business School on managing diversity to human resources. At present he is taking a course in Therapeutic Narrative by Jordi Amenós. He is the project manager at La Granja and is responsible for the training programs that bring the Granja outlook closer to other social realities. “Let’s make the seeds of la Granja reach out to all those spaces that need to acknowledge the world of emotions and the skills necessary to manage the motor that drives us, our emotions”.
